We understand the needs arising from the need to streamline packaging processes in manufacturing plants. We have extensive experience in this area, both within process automation and modernization of packaging areas to optimize them. We propose solutions tailored to the customer in terms of product type, production speed, required level of automation and quality control.

The solutions we design include:
– Packing stations for operators, supporting ergonomics or insertion precision.
– Semi-automatic packaging stations that speed up production, introduce automation of the process, increase the efficiency of the packaging process, but do not exclude the presence of an operator at the same time.
– Automatic packaging lines that provide a fully automated production process. The product is fed, packed and released from the line. This increases the efficiency and speed of packaging. Thanks to appropriately designed quality control systems, we get a selection of products that meet or do not meet quality control requirements. The lines are equipped with OK/NOK product segregation systems.
