Quality control systems are an integral part of manufacturing processes. They are used to monitor and ensure that products or services comply with specified quality standards and specifications. They are designed to detect defects or flaws to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
We use various quality control and product selection methods in our lines, and among the most commonly used are:

– Machines designed for leak testing (called Leak Tester). We design leak testing machines using different technology: pressurized, vacuum, by immersion in water with visual inspection or ultrasonic.
– Vision cameras for product quality recognition.
– Vision systems for recognizing more complex logic circuits.
– Vision systems based on intelligent deep learning, or advanced learning technology. The use of such systems provides the opportunity to control the quality of products that are unique, but standardized according to customer requirements and guidelines.
– Sensor systems of various types, including inductive, laser or distance sensors, among others.

The quality control systems we design are connected to master systems at production plants, so that data packets are sent, stored and can be used for further analysis of production data. They are also equipped with solutions for segregating product into compliant or non-compliant products. Any product that is non-conforming is marked accordingly and automatically separated from the production batch. The quality control systems we implement increase process efficiency and repeatability. They become an irreplaceable part of the production line.
