Today, we manage a team of 50 highly qualified engineers – say Małgorzata and Tomasz Gałat, owners of CER Lublin, a manufacturer of industrial machines and technological lines.
Małgorzata and Tomasz Gałat created a company whose products are known and appreciated in the fuel systems industry around the world.

FORBES: What does your company do?

Małgorzata Gałat, co-owner of CER Lublin: Production of individualized industrial machines and technological lines, as well as broadly understood robotization and automation of production processes. We can confidently say that innovation is in our DNA. We operate mainly in the automotive industry, in the fuel systems industry, but our clients can also be found in the electronics, chemical and food industries.

Tomasz Gałat, co-owner of CER Lublin: We implement individual projects, starting from the analysis of our client’s needs and determining the most optimal technical solutions, and then we move on to the stage of design, installation and commissioning of the line at our client’s. Each client has the opportunity to actively participate in the design process and receives full support from us even after the project is completed.

You have been operating since 2011. How did you manage to gain such a strong market position in a decade?

M.G.: We are passionate. We started our activity in a small group. Today we manage a team of 50 highly qualified engineers. We have staff fit for the 21st century, so we are ready to implement even the most innovative solutions.

At what stage of development is CER Lublin currently?

T.G.: We have a very stable position on the market. Our company and its machines are known and respected in the fuel systems industry around the world. We work with clients from Europe, South America and Asia. We have the ambition to constantly expand the scope of our activities to include new clients and new industries.

What are the company’s plans for the coming years?

M.G.: As a company specializing in fuel systems, we have to follow dynamic changes. Hydrogen or electric drives, as well as complex electronic systems, constitute a development challenge for us. I am convinced that we will cope with it.

T.G.: We pay particular attention to developing a group of individualized solutions for packaging products – such machines can be used successfully in various industries. However, I would like to emphasize that this is the plan for today. What will happen tomorrow is unknown. Today, reality is changing faster and faster and we need to follow it.
